I’m back too. You may have noticed that idiotao’s blog, mameou’s blog and mine had been left untouched for weeks. This is because we have had a lot of assignments, quizes, activities and more since the class started. No matter how busy I could be more, today is set free for my special meeting with Auu, an old friend from Phuket. If you don’t know who he is, I’m now introducing him to you.

It might make him feel a little uncomfortable to show the card here, but umm, can’t help. I have known him since we were in the secondary school in Phuket. As far as I could remember, he was very good at computer. I once asked him for a hand during reinstalling Windows 98 because, at that time, I was truely innocent about these things. He was and has been rather quiet, unlike me (which is very very talkative) - not sure if he speaks more than 100 words a day (kidding). In highschool, we studied in the same school (MWIT) and became close friends. His bedroom was next to mine, so we walked in and out talking a lot to each other.

In MWIT, he was very deligent and intelligent, say a genius guy. If I’m not mistalen, he almost got straight A’s in highschool - he missed an A from Combinatorics class. However, that’s not the point. He got a scholarship from OCSC to study in a computer-related field - I can’t remember exactly what it is. As the ID card was shown, he is now studying in MIT (the institute I’m always dreaming of) in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I a bit wondered when he said so because, in SIIT, there are “Electrical Engineering” and “Computer Science” separated. I somewhat perfer that kind of integration to be possible in SIIT.

Now, he has already finished his first year. (I’m sure he won’t let me tell you what grade he got, lol) He actually came home 3 weeks ago, and is going back for summer courses. “You’re studying too hard, you also take summer courses while others don’t.” I said. “What are you studying this summer?” I asked . You know what, he said in a little awkward manner that, he would study Japanese. T-T (I couldn’t stand laughing - he goes to America in order to study Japanses) That’s alright, whatever, because he has decided.

I almost forget to tell you that, he bought me a shirt (imported from the Coop) - I like it very much. Thanks again, Auu.

totally jealous!
